Shipping Policy
We at ET Surf want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.
Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
RETURN POLICY
If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
If you then wish us to return the item back to you we will have to bill you for shipping.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. Please note: Our website if FULLY automated and all orders go directly to the warehouse for packaging and shipping. If you select Ground shipping (3-6 business days) and you need the item sooner, please select RUSH delivery (2-3 business days). We are not responsible for items delivered in 3-6 business days if you needed them sooner and did not select RUSH service.
Please note our shipping rates apply to the U.S. and not to Canada. Canadian orders will assessed a nominal shipping fee usually about $19-25 to ship to Canada. |
